About Our Tattoo School
Arcadia Tattoo School is looking to provide a unique, personal learning experience. We provide students with hands-on training to learn all aspects of the field and be taught in a one-on-one manner. We go over safe tattoo practices, artistic techniques, customer service, and how to develop knowledge in all styles of tattooing.
Not only do we go over how to build and adjust coil machines, which have been widely used in the industry for decades, we also go over the different styles of rotary tattoo machines and how they function. Rotary machines are becoming the industry standard for many artists because of their consistency and convenience; giving artists a more solid, smooth, faster healing tattoo.

What Sets Us Apart
We are very thorough with teaching Oregon law, safety, and sanitation. We keep our class sizes small so we can be attentive to each and every student. This allows us to focus on your personal artistic style and translate that into tattooing. If you are having trouble finding your style, or mastering a style you want to specialize in, we can help you get there.
Oregon requires a minimum of 150 hours of tattooing to complete your tattoo training. We base our program on the hours required by the state but know that this is not enough time for some students to develop all the skills and techniques to confidently work in a professional tattoo environment. Because all students grow at their own pace, we do not rush you to finish your hours, in turn we allow you to stay on as a student for an extended time if needed. We want you to succeed.
